As tradition goes in Scalefocus, November is all about taking care. Our friends and colleagues are growing beards and moustaches following the global Movember movement and taking the challenge. Because together we can make a positive impact:

In 2023 the beards are growing in support of the education of young minds.

Every point you gain or spend playing the game provides a chance for a better education of Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Türkiye students.

IT Beards is a Scalefocus original project that started as an internal campaign under the name NoShave in 2018. For six years now, the project has evolved into an open initiative for anyone who seeks a fun way to support a good cause.

This November, our colleagues are taking the no-shave challenge again and everyone (internally and externally) can support them and the youngsters by voting and donating.

The sixth year of the IT Beards campaign is our way of saying: We care for each other, and together we do make an impact.
